never could understand why ex forces feel the need to wear medals the memories are enough, in this day and age most of the people between 15 and 30 really dont give a toss about any campaigns that that good men and women lost there lives for there tomorrow,god knows what state our once great nation will be in after the next 20 years have passed. if im still here il let you know.ha ha.

i dont know if any of you guys collect items from battle of cambrai but i know a lady who is selling an original canvas backed map from the battle fields including cambrai i think it must belonged to an officer its an ordnance survey and good quality probally the only one left ithink she is talking about putting it to military auction,very good condition letme know soonest,cheers.

can any one remember the winter morning when dave sherry was taking morning parade he spent about 10 minutes telling us how we dig should our heels in to stop us slipping on the ice he then marched up to salute the o.c and went arse over tit while still trying to salute,we all ended up on the floor laughing except dave."wonder why"

im glad that its over in N I but am i been sceptical in thinking that the timing might be a bit conveniant seeing how stretched are boys are on the ground in iraq and afganistan,it will be intersting to see how long it will be before we are sending more troops to these places,but hey if it helps to bring peace,who am i to comment.i dont trust politicians at all lets hope that they have got it right this time.

it will be intersting to see how long this "girl power"power lasts wont it lads,i hope our web sites got enough memory for all the wash day blues.hey alfredo i met up with pat at the reunion and she is fine still as funny as ever,it was good to see snoz too if ever a couple deserved each it was these 2,soz that you couldnt make it mate the company made up for the rip off prices glad i got a bottle of scotch from the supermarket though.

its definatly mo codd and pat who was len smiths wife pat & len split up and snoz went on to marry pat i think they are still together and living in scotland,snoz works for rentokil.mmmm.as for tha maid i know the face.HELP.
